One of my most read articles I have ever written was about activating the subconscious mind. Sadly it wasn’t because of the article but because of a comment in the first paragraph; “We only use between 5-10 percent of our mind”.
That one sentence has spawned a lot of discussion in the comment section of that article and the article was really about something completely different.
So today I wanted to ask, what do you think?
Do we only use 5-10 percent of our capacity? Is it a rumor?

I dunno Daniel, that seems like a pretty high number……….:).
Who knows what capacity is? All the way to being able to move objects just by thought? Probably not, but it is a pretty amazing and resilient piece of equipment. I do think we could get a lot more out of it w/ the right practice or training, but most are satisfied to take what they have w/out a lot of heavy lifting.
If you were to put a number to it, at what capacity do you think it functions?
Hey Bill,
I think it is a very interesting topic too discuss.
From what I have heard and read about studies it is believed that we use between 5 and 10% of our minds capacity. Einstein is believed to have used 15% which is the reason for his break through ideas.
The question is what would happen if we could use 50%?
Hi Daniel,
I think the percentage is somewhat irrelevant. The take-away is that we all are capable of a lot more.

Hey Riley,
Good point.
I think we often get hung up on numbers and percentages when that really isn’t relevant.
hi
if we use 25% of our mind than it is posible that we can do talk by only mind .mind communications ?
