If you don’t know where you are going you cannot answer the question; “How are you going to get there?”
Starting in the wrong end
By asking the question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” we are starting in the wrong end.
It is more relevant and helpful to ask and discover where you are going rather than what you want to do.
Once you have your target you can find your path
Once you know where you are going, you should look at what you are good at and what you like to do and try to find away to apply them in you quest for your goal.
Success is only relevant if you are happy
The problem for many is that they feel there is a choice between happiness and success.
There doesn’t have to be!
If you have your goal clear you can start generating ideas to accomplish them.
What you do best and what you love usually go hand in hand and you biggest chances to succeed lie in utilizing you skills and channeling them into an activity that will generate a profit.
Succeed with this and you will be doing something you like to create a future you dream about.

2. Do you like your job?
3. Is your job moving you towards your goals?
4. Is there any other industry or activity you can do that will both let you move towards your goal and has you doing something you love?
5. Take action on your conclusions!
