Most people never give 100% at their jobs, they just don’t care enough. They save their energy for other activities.
What is sad is that those activities are almost never their dreams.

If you really want to get what you dream about, don’t go conserving energy for some future event. Use it now, live today.
Give 100% to your dreams
By putting your heart and soul into your dreams you will activate the subconscious mind, the laws of the universe, and opportunities will start opening up for you. You will get inspiration and great ideas that will help you succeed. You will start to see opportunities you wouldn’t recognize otherwise and you would start moving faster and faster towards your goals.
The difference between 98 and 100 is the difference between success and failure
If you don’t give it your all, your mind won’t try to find you opportunities, you won’t do the extra that puts you ahead of the pack and you won’t complete your goals.
Dare to dream big
It doesn’t matter what you are asking for, as long as you focus on that goal and give it your all you have a good chance of completing it whatever size.
The size of our goals is often irrelevant, it is we who decide how difficult a goal is to complete. If we see it as difficult, it will be, if we see it as easy, again it will be.
I have been setting higher and higher goals for myself the last 5 years, it has changed my life
I started small by setting small goals, monthly income increases, and different health goals and so on. Each time I completed a goal I raised my target and tried again.
This method has changed my life. I am today making about 3 times as much as I was 3 years ago. I have a successful business and great friends.
Make a commitment
What is important is that you make a commitment to yourself and your goals. If you decide to make 100 000 dollars this year, don’t stop when you’ve made 50 000. Keep going, keep working and keep improving.
Tell your friends
A good way to force yourself to continue is to tell your friends and family about your goals. Tell them that you will be making 100 000 dollars this year. This usually forces your ego to complete the goal, not many can face the embarrassment of telling someone about a goal and then failing.
That way you will complete more of your goals because you force yourself to think outside of the box and find new ways to move towards your goals.
Do your best every single day
Try to move towards your goals every day. Do something every single day that brings you closer. It doesn’t have to be something big each day, as long as you do something you keep building momentum and increase the speed you are moving towards your goals.
Conclusion
It takes a 100% commitment to your goals if you are going to be truly creative and complete them. It takes passion, will and a lot of hard work. But if you do you can complete anything you put your mind too.

Hi Daniel,
For me, the rationale for doing something 100% and wholeheartedly is that it is just so much more enjoyable and if that is the case you are so much more likely to push on and achieve your dreams.
I would say….do what you enjoy and do it 100%. If you do that then magic will happen.
Adrian
I agree Adrian.
“Do what you love and the money will come” is also a nice and true saying.
Have you ever seen anyone make that decision, to do something they love and see it pan out, better than they could ever dream?
My brother and his band, The Cinematic Orchestra
Ah that is a great example!
I like coming here Daniel as you keep reminding me of what things that i like to forget in the hussel of the day
. And sound advice Daniel of breaking the goals down. The line between the possible and impossible is perception. Baby steps lead to big steps.
I like Adrian’s thought. So often we break what build have built in the morning by the afternoon as our mind are mad monkeys that lack and sense of discipline.
Cheers
Michael
Hey Michael,
We are very pleased to have you!
Thinking strategically is hard to do when we need to spend so much time just to get things done.
Have been able to find time to at least once a week take a strategic look at your company and where you are going?
It’s that all important step of getting off the ‘mouse wheel’ and taking a step back and reviewing / remembering the end goals. We set objectives, but often get caught up ‘doing the doing’ – working hard and with intention, but this probably sits at the 98% level. It’s the all important planning and stepping back to work ‘on’ the business that is that extra 2% that keeps you pushing towards the end goal. I used to preach to practices about the dangerous disease of ‘FTI’ – failure to implement – setting off with good intention, but then getting caught up in the doing and whilst being busy, not necessarily implementing the steps to achieve the end goal. That takes 100%. I suspect we’re all victims of FTI to some point. Pushing to 100% takes focus – it’s almost a daily meditation – remembering that end goal is – envisioning it, remembering it – making sure that all focus is on that. Tough call – but quite amazingly if you focus on what you want – you can get it. Good and bad! So make the focus good!
Thanks for your great comment Michelle!
Getting to 100 percent makes an enourmous difference.
How are you able to keep you eye on the goal? Do you give time to strategic work every week? Every day?

Thanks for the 100% reminder when it comes to goals. When you start with small steps you find those steps get bigger as you move forward and you find more passion and excitement. When it comes to telling other, you do have to be a little careful with that one. Don’t pick someone to tell that will give you negative feed back. Always find that person that believes in you.
Thanks again Daniel,
Debbie
Good point Debbie about who to tell.
Most people are afraid to follow their dreams, so they try to discourage us from ours.
If you look hard though you should find someone that will believe in you, if not, you can always ask the person you are about to tell “I want to tell you something, but it is very important to me that you are positive about it. Whatever I say, can you just be happy for me and positive?”
If they are your friend they should respect your wish.
VEry good Daniel. i like how you word this, ““I want to tell you something, but it is very important to me that you are positive about it. Whatever I say, can you just be happy for me and positive?” Wording can be very important.
Debbie
The danger is that others love to give advice and protect us from hurt. My parents often react with all the possible negative outcomes to a new venture I want to attempt, but if I ask them to be positive they always respect it and listen
