How to Make a Killer Product Presentation That Will Earn You Sales

Hello and thanks for visiting.

It is in the product presentation faze of selling that you actually make the deal and the proposition.
If you haven’t read it you should read part 5 of this series “selling in steps” before this one about the Needs Analysis, the other four parts are activity, cold calling, referralsand the first contact.

In short, during the needs analysis you, together with the customer figure out the customers’ situation; their problems, hopes and needs.

All this information is vital when you are going to present your solution.
Because the customer has already told you what you need to know about them and spilled their heart about what they want, you have to make sure they see that you have listened and that the solution you are presenting really is tailored for them.

Take a pause
Before moving straight into the product presentation, take a little pause.
Let the customer see that you are thinking everything over and that you are trying to piece it together to the perfect solution for them.

Present with enthusiasm
When you feel like you have found a solution present it with conviction and what often turns the tide in sales, enthusiasm.

Make sure they feel the tempo increase and get as excited as you are (or seem to be).

Use their arguments
When presenting the solution remember to remind them of the problems they have and how this solution will solve it.

The best way to present is short describe it and then go on to tell them how the different features solve the different problems and cover each problem the customer has told you about during the needs analysis.

Making the sale easy
By showing the customer that your solution really is tailored to them, you keep building your trust, you make the reason to by awfully obvious and you keep them interested.
